1. When do I get my precious coins?
All Precious Coins will be shipped or paid out on the 15th of each month. This is for all activity from the previous month.

2. How do I receive my coins?
You will receive an insured package at your mailing address that is on file with us.

3. Can I purchase more than one once?
You may purchase as many of the pools as you want after beocming a StreamLine Gold member. But, you may have ONLY 1 SLG membership.

4. How can I check the number of members enrolled in my downline?
You will be able to see your referrals in your members area as well as the metal pools daily statistics.

5. How do I cancel?
Send an email to admin@streamlinegold.com and asked to be removed or let the automated system delete you from non payment.

6. How much does the product cost?
Our monthly membership is $9.95 for Founding Members (First 500), and $14.95 for Leaders (Second 500), then final at $19.95.

7. What is your refund policy?
We have a strict NO REFUND policy since digital products are downloadable immediately after purchase and our services are available. NO REFUND!

8. Do I get paid cash too?
Yes, you will be paid cash based on your efforts and those within your network. Sponsor bonuses, monthly residual, and collect precious coins too.

9. Can I get my gold paid into my ecurrency account?
Yes, you may ask for your gold, silver, or platinum to be delivered to you into your ecurrency account.
